Fresno Bass Club is a non-profit freshwater club that fishes a year round schedule of monthly catch and release bass tournaments all over California.  We meet at 7 pm on the first Tuesday of each month at Yosemite Falls Restaurant at Ashlan and Hwy 99.

Our club is always looking for anglers of all skill levels, both boaters and non-boaters.  Just come to the meeting and join! Please note the new form for 2010      New Member Form       2010 Monthly Entry Form

These tournaments are a draw format where boaters are paired with non-boaters and fish on an individual basis.

Boaters are paired with different non-boaters each month.  This allows everyone to learn and improve upon their angling skills.  Partners learn from each other's different techniques that, perhaps, each are not familiar with or about the bodies of water that they are fishing.

Each year we hold 12 scheduled tournaments from January through December and in January we celebrate by having a dinner which includes awards for "Angler of the Year", "TOC - Tournament of Champions" and "Biggest Fish".

The club supports Bass conservation, competitive tournaments, boating safety, exchange of ideas and techniques. camaraderie and fun.  The club runs on a point system and the Anglers strive to make the top thirty in each tournament.

We also have open tournaments, support C.A.S.T. for Kids, and the Shaver Lake smallmouth relocation program as well as fisheries improvement projects.
